About EUROFINS

- LightCycler probes or FRET probes are hybridization probes based on the fluorescent resonance energy transfer (FRET) technique. FRET probes consist of a pair of oligonucleotides (donor and acceptor) each labelled with a different fluorescent dye.

- Molecular beacons, or molecular beacon probes known hybridization probes that can quenched the presence of specific nucleic acids in homogenous solutions. Beacons are hairpin like structure with an internally fluorescent dyes which act and bind to a target nucleic acid sequence.
